PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS:
Due to State and Federal regulations, we are unable to accept the return of prescription medications once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy. Once your payment method has been charged and your package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), all sales are considered final. You can always log in to your mdside.com account before your products ship to update your address, change your payment method, or cancel your subscription. If your prescription medication arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our patient care team at +1 877 721 1218 or email us at support@mdside.com.
NON-PRESCRIPTION (OVER-THE-COUNTER) PRODUCTS:
MDSide may accept returns on unopened, non-prescription items up to 30 days after the sale. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and we do not accept COD returns. To return an item, please contact our patient care team at +1 877 721 1218 or email us at support@mdside.com. Be sure to include your order number, reason for the return, and the product name. MDSide reserves the right to deny a return that does not arrive in the original condition it was shipped or if the products appear to have been tampered with or opened. Once we receive the returned product and it is approved by our MDSide team, your purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.

LOST PACKAGES:
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, MDSide will reship your prescription or non-prescription order. We will work with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to locate your package and have it redirected if needed. Occasionally, weather may delay your package delivery time. Since we currently do not ship refrigerated products, your product will not be affected by increased transit time.
