About MDside

What MDside Does

A nurse practitioner opening a med spa, an IV lounge adding weight management, an online brand prescribing in several states: each needs a physician licensed where the patient is, written protocols for every service, an exam before treatment, and an ownership structure the state allows. MDside builds that layer, staffs it with licensed physicians and providers, and keeps the documentation current as the rules change.

For online brands, the MDside platform supplies the white-label telehealth front end with the medical director and provider network already attached. For clinics, the work is medical direction, protocols and good faith exams for the services you already offer. Either way the fee is one flat monthly amount per practice, never a percentage of your revenue.

What's it Like Working With Us?

1. Assessment & Structure

You tell us where you operate and what you want to offer. We tell you what structure that requires, whether your existing entity and agreement hold up, and the real timeline. Nothing is signed at this stage.

2. Medical Direction & Providers

Where a professional entity is required, we form or realign it, with a management agreement written to your state. We name the medical director, credential licensed providers in your states, and write protocols against your real service list, with pharmacy and lab relationships in place where prescriptions are involved.

3. Launch & Ongoing Compliance

You go live under your own brand. We keep credentialing, protocols and documentation current as the rules change. Adding a state or a service line is a change order, not a new project.

How We Hold Ourselves to Account

Every factual claim on this site is written against a primary source, a statute, a regulation, a board publication or a decided case, and the citation is on the page. We publish no testimonials, ratings or procedure counts we cannot substantiate, and we correct errors in public under our corrections policy. How we choose and check providers is set out in how we credential providers.

Who carries clinical responsibility

Every page on this site that makes a clinical statement names the physician who directs that subject area. Pages that have additionally been reviewed line by line name the reviewer and carry a review date. The distinction is deliberate, and it is described in our editorial standards.
